After questions about state reimbursement timing and coordination, the board moved and approved the appropriation. Staff noted they have already received $269,004.64 from state reimbursements this fiscal year and that monthly reporting practices are designed to accelerate state reimbursements when reports are uploaded by the 12th of the month.
