Commissioners approve Order for Hearing, prelim. vacation for portion of Pine Street

An Order for Hearing was presented and signed for a right-of-way petition filed by Lyle and Reva Perry to vacate a portion of Pine Street. The board also adopted Preliminary Resolution 2729R approving the preliminary vacation and abandonment of a portion of Pine Street located in Lippincott Homestead and authorized the Chair to sign associated paperwork for related bridge and road projects if received before July 16.
Both actions were approved by unanimous vote and were recorded in the minutes in Book AA-2026. The Order for Hearing initiates the formal public hearing process required for right-of-way vacation petitions.
