The Webster Board of Commissioners approved funding of up to $2,500 to hire Catamount Electric to install two electronic speed signs. Commissioner Leigh Anne Young moved the funding motion and Commissioner Dale Collins seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The minutes record that the town would like to repair the existing nonfunctional radar sign for future use at another location and that the town will contact Catamount Electric for an installation quote.
This action authorizes expenditure for installation services; the board did not vote on sign purchase at this meeting and delegated follow-up to staff to secure quotes and manage installation.
