Chair Cayla Kutaka told commissioners the CCY Family Survey was disseminated for public use at the ʻOhana Fest on April 11, 2026 and that the survey is available on the commission's website. Commissioners discussed a list of distribution channels and agreed to use both a fillable form and a Google Form with QR code for wider public access.
Suggested distribution partners included schools and Parent Teacher Student Associations (PTSAs), pediatric offices, community provider offices, preschools (for example, MEO Head Start and programs of the Executive Office of Early Learning), subsidy providers (Partners in Development Foundation, Keiki O Ka ʻAina, Maui Family Support Services), licensed childcare providers, Family Child Interaction Learning programs, and youth centers. Commissioners volunteered to distribute materials at community venues.
