Ira board reviews road work, grader repairs and FY27 Grants in Aid participation

Board members reported maintenance and equipment work for town roads. The board reviewed and accepted a Letter of Intent to Participate for FY27 Grants in Aid (motion by Nathan Hewitt, second Darin May) and voted to have Bobbi Raiche contact Cargill to order one load of salt for delivery after July 1. The board also identified specific road locations needing work, including finishing grading and ditching on Middletown Hill Road, ditching on Pyka Road to prevent water flow, and noted a driveway permit and fee must be submitted by John Redpath for a culvert on West Road.
