Commissioners thanked staff for arranging pickups at addresses flagged at earlier meetings and urged continued attention to smaller roadside piles, noting grass growth can reduce visibility until mowing spreads debris. The board discussed the permitting term as a 'right of entry' for cleanup work in waterways and agreed to continue follow-up until remaining material is removed.
