The meeting paperwork recorded three final settlements (Victor E. Armstrong; Vesta B. Moore; Leo Franklin Pase, Jr.) and the Commission approved payment of bills before adjourning.
All budget revisions were approved with recorded votes in the meeting forms. The budget documents submitted by departments show the revised account numbers and amounts approved by the Commission during the session.
