Because the project's total cost increase exceeds 30%, staff determined an administrative STIP change would be inappropriate; the revision will be presented for policy‑board approval at the next meeting in September. He also noted that the STIP revision for letting must be completed before October 6.
The board received the update; no formal vote on the STIP revision occurred at the July meeting.
