Board approves minutes, accepts treasurer’s report and schedules closed session on salaries

At the Sept. 3 meeting the board unanimously approved prior minutes, accepted the treasurer’s report and bills payable, and agreed that salary recommendations for staff and officers will be considered in a closed executive session at the next meeting.
The Board of Trustees unanimously approved the minutes of the previous meeting after Trustee Wolff moved to approve and Trustee Ross seconded; a voice vote recorded all present voting yes. "Motion carried," the minutes state.
President Tina Shingleton presented the Treasurer’s Report and bills payable; Trustee Wolff moved to accept the report and pay the bills, seconded by Trustee Dalton, and the board again recorded a unanimous voice vote. Trustee Wolff also advised the board that at the next meeting he will recommend salary increases for the Treasurer, Dan and Randy, and officers running for reelection; he said that portion of the next meeting will be conducted as a closed executive session.
