"There is to be an informational dinner, invitation only, on September 24th," Shingleton said.
Shingleton told the board several residents have already received easement requests from Linderlake Corporation and that the RSVP phone number on the mailed card was incorrect; she said she contacted the company. She supplied a contact for residents with questions: Hannah Miller, Right of Way Agent with Linderlake, at 618‑697‑4592. The board did not take formal action; the meeting is intended to be informational and invitation only, and a public presentation to the full board may follow if requested.
