Makanda trustees approve minutes, treasurer's report and bills

At its Nov. 4 meeting the Village of Makanda Board of Trustees approved the previous meeting minutes, the treasurer's report and bills payable by unanimous voice vote of members present. Trustees also heard community updates and staff reports.
The Village of Makanda Board of Trustees voted unanimously to approve the minutes from the prior meeting and the Executive Session minutes and to accept the treasurer's report and pay the bills.
Trustee Wolff moved to approve the previous minutes and Trustee Dalton seconded; according to the minutes, "All members present at roll call voted yes." Later in the meeting Trustee Wolff again moved to accept the Treasurer's Report and pay the bills; Trustee Dalton seconded and the motion carried by the same unanimous voice vote of the five trustees present (Trustee Hilliard was absent). The roll call recorded Trustees Allen, Ross, Dalton, Pitcher and Wolff as present.
The approvals concluded the formal fiscal business for the evening. The board adjourned at 8:25 p.m. after a final unanimous voice vote to end the meeting.
