Trustee Ben Hausam and staff member Lane reported multiple code issues, including tires left at the Post Office for over a year, residents rebuilding cars and creating junk-yard conditions on Spring Street, and dirt-bike complaints; Lane said the Village can issue tickets and that staff will pursue enforcement.
Rhonda Hodges said the house two doors from the Post Office was mowed and discussed billing for mowing in clean-up cases. No formal enforcement actions were recorded in the minutes; trustees directed staff to follow up with the postmaster and affected residents.
