After presentations by Dr. Phil Black and Mrs. Gina Wise, the Porterville Unified School District board adopted the district's 2026'27 Local Control and Accountability Plan and approved the LCAPs for Butterfield Charter School, Harmony Magnet Academy and Porterville Military Academy. Mr. Tom Velasquez moved and Mrs. Donna Berry seconded the LCAP adoptions for the district and charters; Mrs. Berry moved and Mr. Felipe Martinez seconded approval of the SPSAs.
