Board adopts package of interfund, interprogram and loan resolutions

Assistant Superintendent Brad Rohrbach presented a package of four related resolutions at the June 25 meeting that would authorize interfund transfers, interprogram transfers, interfund loans and repayments, and budget revisions and transfers from bond proceeds to the County School Facilities Fund for new construction or modernization.
Mr. Tom Velasquez moved to adopt the package and Mrs. Donna Berry seconded; the board voted aye for each resolution. The minutes record that the motions carried with all six members present voting in favor. The resolutions enable internal fund movements and budgetary adjustments required to align bond proceeds and construction funding streams.
