McKinleyville Chamber previews Pony Express Days and summer Music in the Park

Events include a May 28 kickoff mixer at Ace Hardware, a May 29 dance, June 3 pie-eating contest, and a June 4 chili cookoff and stick-horse race at Azalea Hall; the parade is scheduled for June 6 at 11 AM starting at McKinleyville High, followed by a vendor festival at Pierson Park from 12–4 PM with about 40 vendors. Music in the Park begins June 18 and will run Thursdays 6–8 PM for 10 weeks.
