Trustee Bill Hodges told the board the Mission water system was installed last Thursday and is functioning, though it generated about 15 routine calls after the start-up; he said it was working "too good." An initial tower fill problem was fixed within an hour, and Hodges said Phase II will add tower-based meter reads, chemical monitoring, and automated reporting to the hall's computer.
To support Phase II, Treasurer Rhonda Hodges requested an internet upgrade. Trustees approved increasing the village internet package to the fastest tier at $95.00 per month, a motion made by Trustee Terri Baker and seconded by Trustee Neil Viviano that passed unanimously. Bill Hodges said he is awaiting a cost quote for Phase II equipment and installation.
