Dorset commission approves two design-review applications for Dorset Hollow and West Road properties

Separately, the commission approved a proposal to add a two-car garage at the north side of the house at 3172 Dorset West Road; that motion also passed unanimously, 5-0-0. The minutes record that the Design Review Committee recommended approval of both applications and list motions made by David McAneny (with a second by Gay Squire for the first item and by Scott Thompson for the second). No public comment on either application was recorded in the minutes.
