Raptor Lane project moves to public outreach; housing survey to run June 24–July 22

Town Manager Rob Gaiotti reported that the Raptor Lane housing market study presentation on May 20 drew over 60 participants in person and online and ran more than two hours. VIA is preparing three conceptual designs that town staff will present at future public engagement sessions; a timeline memo included in the packet outlines next steps.
A draft housing survey was approved for distribution from June 24 through July 22 and will be promoted by newspaper notice, property-owner postcards, an email newsletter, signs around town and a QR code on all materials. Frost Wells provided favorable pricing to drill two well sites; staff said drilling is expected in June–July but may be a few weeks behind a previously published Enman & Kesselring timeline.
