During its June 8 meeting the Medford City Council approved several administrative items. Council approved the purchase of the "Text My Gov" service (motion by Shari England, seconded by Steve Zeman) and approved Ordinance 515 setting municipal court fees (motion by Gary Bowen, seconded by Steve Zeman). The council also declared two printers surplus for disposal: a Brother MFC-J6510DW and a Lexmark T652n. Recorded votes on these items were unanimous unless otherwise noted.
One procedural item on Ordinance 466 (Ambulance Sole Source) was retained by motion: Steve Zeman moved to not change Ordinance 466, seconded by Gary Bowen; the recorded vote shows Mandy Sinor voting No while Kretchmar, Zeman, Bowen and England voted Yes. The minutes do not publish procurement contract details for Text My Gov or fee schedules for Ordinance 515 within the meeting text.
