As part of the consent agenda, the Story County Board approved a 28E Agreement with the Iowa Department of Revenue to provide alcohol product enforcement support to the Story County Sheriff’s Office for the period Jan. 23–June 30, 2026. The agreement was listed by the Clerk during the consent reading and approved by unanimous roll call.
The consent agenda also included a cash-rent farm lease amendment for the Deppe Family Conservation Area for 2026 and Utility Permit #26-8760; the meeting record does not include the lease payment amount or utility-permit specifics.
