Council convened at 4:34 p.m., and after a public hearing in which public comments were recorded, Councilmember Steve Zeman moved and Mayor Gary Bowen seconded to grant the variance. The motion carried with the following recorded votes: Sinor – Yes; Kretchmar – Yes; Zeman – Yes; Bowen – Yes; England – Yes.
The action was taken during the public hearing portion of the April 14 meeting and was entered into the meeting minutes as an approved variance. No conditions or appeal instructions were noted in the minutes. The Council then proceeded with the regular agenda.
