"We have the opportunity right now to, turn in 43 buses and receive 43 new buses that have been made some changes ..." the transportation presenter said, and described warranty support, on‑site Midwest mechanics and an agreement to retain a second stop arm on the new buses. The motion to amend the lease passed by roll call with one board member voting no.
