Materials referenced during the presentation included a third amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement, a staff report on mid-year budget revisions, the resolution and exhibits, the proposed FY 2026-27 budget and the five-year forecast. The board received the draft FY 2026-27 budget and five-year projection for review; no public comment was made on the item.
