WestCOG MPOs approve multiple FY25–FY28 TIP amendments

HVMPO and SWRMPO members unanimously approved FY25–FY28 Transportation Improvement Program amendments covering projects in Greenwich, Norwalk, Westport, Wilton and others; project ID numbers were recorded in the minutes.
WestCOG Transportation Director Kristin Hadjstylianos presented proposed amendments to the FY25–FY28 Transportation Improvement Program. The SWRMPO and HVMPO bodies each reviewed and approved amendments for several municipal projects; the minutes list project identifiers and sponsoring municipalities (examples recorded for SWRMPO: #0056-0237; Greenwich #0102-0358; Norwalk #0102-0383; Norwalk #0158-0225; Westport #0161-0148; Wilton).
Each MPO voted to approve its respective TIP amendments after motions and seconds recorded in the meeting minutes. The approvals were recorded as unanimous; the minutes do not record individual roll-call tallies. Staff noted the amendments will be incorporated into the regional TIP and processed per MPO procedures.
