Council approves resolution to apply for wastewater PSIG funding

The motion to approve the resolution was moved, seconded and passed unanimously. City Engineer Spencer Johnson briefed the council on the scope and said staff would pursue the funding and return with contract recommendations if the grant is awarded. The resolution authorizes city officials to execute a grant agreement on behalf of the City of Montrose.
Staff also told the council they would propose related contract and budget adjustments if the application is successful. No vote tally beyond the unanimous 'Passes 4 0' was requested on the motion.
