"You have to add $2,500 to your escrow account to pay for it," staff told the applicant, and the board said the project will be placed on hold if the applicant does not comply.
A board member agreed to email the applicant to request the escrow top-up and to outline required documents from the board's engineering reviewer. If the applicant will not fund the review, the item will remain on hold.
