Board appoints Sleepy Hollow member; Coler requests Mollenkopf collections item for January

At the close of the Nov. 12 meeting, Director Finn announced the appointment of Jennifer Guana as the third Sleepy Hollow Board Member; Finn identified Guana as Director of Operations for FireSafe Marin and a longtime Sleepy Hollow resident. Director Coler requested two items for the January 2026 agenda: 1) a discussion about extending the Mollenkopf judgment and collection options, and 2) creation of an Onboarding Subcommittee to support new board members.
The Board also cancelled the December RVFD Board meeting and noted that Chief Mahoney will present on response times at the December Ross Town Council meeting. The next RVFD Board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 10, 2025, in person at San Anselmo Town Council Chambers and via Zoom.
