Sevier County reports ARPA water projects nearly complete; Millican Grove awaiting state approval

Director Brent Shults told the Water Committee that several ARPA-funded water projects are at or near completion: Oma Lee is 100% complete with six customers tied on, and Deer Meadows is 100% complete with 12 customers tied on. The Pittman Center project is approximately 80% complete with four customers tied on, and staff expect additional connections as that project finishes.
Robert Campbell of Robert Campbell & Associates said the Millican Grove project is pending final approval from the State. No construction timeline or start date for Millican Grove was provided at the meeting; staff indicated the county will await state sign-off before proceeding.
