Council adopts ordinance regulating electric motorcycles; committee asks for publicized training

The committee asked staff to publicize training for any enforcement or safety requirements associated with the new chapter; the council did not amend the ordinance during the meeting. Police commander Tony Ryan was asked to give the staff report; committee members indicated broad support.
