Item 6 — 2500 Grove Way (SEKK Investments): Motion to find the paved area a legal nonconforming use and sustain the appellant's appeal. Moved by President Miley; seconded by Supervisor Tam. Roll-call: Supervisor Tam — Aye; President Miley — Aye; Supervisor Halbert — Aye. Supervisors Marquez and Carson excused.
