Resident urges keeping area residential, raises concerns about apartments and tenants

"I've been for, 26 years now," Junior said, and later added, "I don't like to see necessarily duplexes go up or large, apartment houses go up." His remarks framed some neighborhood opposition to changing ground-floor commercial requirements if those changes lead to larger multifamily development adjacent to single-family areas.
