Council approves final pay requests for water-main valve replacement and green-alley project

The motions were made by Ald. Joseph Bertrand Jr. and seconded by Ald. Brenna Hampton-Houser; recorded roll-call votes were unanimous. Council did not record any amendments or conditions to the payments during the meeting.
