The City Council approved two final payments to M&J Underground, Inc. at its Jan. 7 meeting.
Pay Request #3 (final) for the PY2024 CDBG Water Main Valve Replacement Program in the amount of $46,918.44 was approved on a 4-0 vote. Council also approved Pay Request #4 (final) for the MWRD Green Alley Improvement Project for $30,414.60 on a 4-0 vote.
The motions were made by Ald. Joseph Bertrand Jr. and seconded by Ald. Brenna Hampton-Houser; recorded roll-call votes were unanimous. Council did not record any amendments or conditions to the payments during the meeting.
