The Coffee County Planning Commission approved the Country Landing Phase 4 final plat on July 28 after a presentation from the engineering consultant said required piping is complete and curb work is nearly finished despite rain delays.
The presenter representing Saint John Engineering told the commission the developer provided a letter of credit for the final topping. Staff confirmed receipt of an email and other documentation. Commissioner Harrell moved to approve the final plat; the motion was seconded and the commission voted in favor by voice vote.
The commission will record the approval in the planning files and the plat will proceed to the county recording process per standard procedures.
