The zoning administrator told the hearing she did not have the landscape plan that was attached to the petition for appeal available when she made her May 14 determination. Speaking to the board, she said, "I did not have the landscape plan that is attached to the the petition for appeal tonight when I was making my determination."
The presiding official proposed letting the administrator reconsider the record to avoid extended litigation and possible court remands. The petitioner agreed to a short continuance to allow that review. If the administrator stands by her prior determination, the hearing will reconvene to consider the unchanged administrative review; if she issues a new determination, the board will reconvene to consider that change.
