Sergei Grushuk told the committee the housing commission is finalizing recommendations and staff expects to share them "sometime soon." He said the administration and DOCS are preparing proposals and that committee members are invited to the anticipated Plan Commission public hearing.
"We are thinking about conducting a public hearing in front of Plan Commission on August 18," Grushuk said. He characterized the date as tentative but said placing the public-hearing step before budget season would allow time for amendments and for council consideration later in the year.
