The court approved a line-item transfer to cover that additional study scope.
Separately, the court approved a second amendment to the engineering services agreement with Pape Dawson Consulting Engineers LLC for the Northwest Connector phases 1 and 2. Staff presented the amendment as a $131,205.57 increase, which was described as compliant with a 20% allowable contract increase for that contract type. The County authorized the County Judge to sign the amendment.
