After roll call by Trustee Alesia Martin, the board approved the meeting agenda on a motion by Eisenhauer seconded by Eleanor Torres; the motion carried with four yes votes recorded (Eleanor Torres, Felix Eisenhauer, Alesia Martin, Emmanuel Mejia). Trustee Kristine Anderson was not present for the vote; she arrived later at 6:10 p.m.
Following public comment limited to items on the closed‑session agenda, President Eisenhauer adjourned the meeting into closed session at 6:08 p.m. The minutes record the closed‑session subject as "Public Discipline/Dismissal/Release."
