Scottsbluff board adopts multiple policy revisions and waives second readings

In other policy action, the board approved revisions to Policy 6400 (parental/community involvement in schools) and moved to remove combined Title I policies (6410 and 6410.1), per U.S. Department of Education direction that Title I parent‑involvement procedures be tailored at the school level and incorporated into each building's Title I plan.
