Scottsbluff School Board approves $2.69 million in expenditures, clears consent agenda

All three motions passed. One board member abstained on the law-firm item and at least one abstention citing conflict of interest was recorded on the Tree Monkeys payment.
The board conducted roll-call voting during the sequence; the clerk recorded affirmative votes sufficient to carry each motion. No additional discussion or conditions were attached to the approvals.
