Engineering Manager Scott Schroder presented the annual review of Ordinance No. 65, the District's Water Connection Policy, which sets limits on the number of water meters the District can issue.
Schroder said the ordinance, effective since 2007, allows up to five meters per month and a total of 60 per year; the District has not needed to establish a waiting list under this rule. For the current year the District issued 16 meters. No public comment was received on the review.
The Board did not change the ordinance during the meeting and took the review as informational.
