The owner requested city water and sewer, and staff recommended interim R‑1 zoning to match comparable township zoning. Commissioners had no questions and voted to recommend annexation and interim R‑1 zoning to city council.
Heather said the petition "was approved by Wood County Commissioners on 06/09/2026, and the city of Bowling Green received that information on June 18," and that the parcel is contiguous to the city on three sides. The recommendation will be forwarded to City Council for final action.
