The council also unanimously passed Resolution 2025-14 to designate Michelle Poole and Amanda Runkle as authorized officials to execute Local Share grant documents, and passed Resolution 2025-15 to participate in Kindness Week Nov. 8–15, 2025 in conjunction with York County.
Members discussed purchasing cameras for borough vehicles after an incident in which bus footage showed a person striking a borough vehicle; councilors asked staff to gather quotes. The proposed borough video and social-media policy was tabled until Mrs. Barley completes additional research and formalizes a draft for council review.
