Public works requests tracked; EMA rent to rise $25/month in 2026

Borough Manager Michelle Poole said public-works staff will address the tasks when they have time and noted the borough is responsible for the repair because the damage was not caused by the construction crew. Poole said Frank is working on painting the soldier statues and that Amy Lau offered to donate paint to complete that work.
Poole also reported that the Emergency Management Agency (EMA) rent will increase by $25 per month in 2026. No formal vote or ordinance was recorded on these maintenance items during the work session.
