The Governing Board approved revised facility-use fees to include the Robert Louis Stevenson (RLS) track and field and approved a resolution declaring the district’s intention to convey an easement for a public utility purpose at the Sept. 12 meeting. Dr. Vang presented the recommended fee changes and the board approved the revision (motion by Jeannie Kerr; second by Jeanmarie Wolf).
The board also approved Resolution #24-13 declaring the district’s intention to convey an easement for public utility use (motion by Jeanmarie Wolf; second by Jeannie Kerr). The minutes do not include the legal description of the easement nor details about the proposed utility; those documents are usually part of the facilities packet attached to the agenda.
