The board opened a public hearing at 8:22 PM to finalize conveyance of an easement for utility purposes and closed the hearing at 8:23 PM; no members of the public spoke. Following the hearing, trustees approved Resolution #24-14 conveying an easement in real property for utility purposes.
Separately, the board adopted Resolution #24-17 declaring an emergency pursuant to Public Contract Code sections 1102 and 20113. Both resolutions passed on unanimous 5-0 votes.
