After the closed-session discussion, the board adjourned (motion by Trustee Jeannie Kerr, second by Trustee Jeanmarie Wolf); the recorded votes on the procedural motions were unanimous in favor (Jeannie Kerr, Lisa Pelosi, Laura Symon, Shawn Moura, Jeanmarie Wolf).
