Administrator Chris reminded trustees the prior approval required battery‑operated blowers on sidewalks adjacent to the structure and asked whether that condition had been met; the applicant affirmed compliance.
Trustees characterized a one‑year extension as consistent with prior approvals. The administrator recommended approving the extension subject to the same conditions as last year, and the board moved and seconded the measure. Roll call showed unanimous approval by the three trustees present.
