- Accepted unaudited financial statements as of Feb. 28, 2025 (motion by Stephen Putman; second by Arthur Rhodes; unanimous).
- Approved the Feb. 18, 2025 Regular Meeting Minutes as amended (motion by Michael Walsh; second by Carol Vaughan; unanimous).
