Contractor clearing vegetation on NWRA 33; engineer to reinspect tree near Rolling Hills Loop

District Engineer Kurt Heath told the Board his initial inspection found the tree is on another resident’s property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive and not on CDD-owned easements; he will inspect the area again to confirm location and coordinate any needed repairs or action.
