Heritage Pines CDD elects officers in Resolution 2025‑01

On motion by Mr. Walsh and seconded by Ms. Vaughan, the resolution was adopted unanimously.

The minutes record that prior appointments by the Board that remain unaffected include Craig Wrathell as secretary/treasurer and Chuck Adams and Jeff Pinder in supporting treasurer/assistant treasurer roles. The action was recorded as adopted without recorded opposition.
